I cant believe Hannah is already 1. How fast that year went by. Her birthday was kind of crazy. She woke up in the morning with a new tooth, so that make two now. Then about an hour later she started throwing up....not fun! She threw up 2 more times that morning and slept most of the day. We were planning a party for her that night so we had to cancel. :( So hannah did not open her presents until the next day when she was feelin a little better. So we waited for the weekend so the bug would pass....then saturday night Jackson started throwing up....ahhhhhh! Luckily he threw up a few times and then was completly fine... So sunday we finally were able to do the party. Hannah did not quite know what to do with the cake. She got a whole "smash cake" to herself. At harmons when you order a cake for a first birthday they give you a free smash cake for the big 1 year old to go to town on. I thougt that was very cool.....

Last weekend the kids and I headed up north for a much needed trip to see my family. We had such a great time while we were there. We headed up friday morning and got there just in time to make it to my dear friend Audra's baby shower. On Saturday me and my sister Kate took our kids and headed to the Living Planet Aquarium in Salt lake. It was so cool, and we loved the new adition of the penguins. The kids had such a fun time. That night we went to dinner at Maddox (yummy) with all my family. I only usually see my exteneded family at christmas time so we were due to see them all. There was about 20 of us that went to dinner. It was great to see everyone, specially my aunt I have not seen in 5 years. On Sunday me and my sisters headed up to Huntsville (my home town). It was such a great day. We met my dad up at his little ranch and let the kids ride hoarses and the tractor, and play around. After that we went to a much needed trip to my moms grave. I had not been to the cemetary since I have had Hannah. So it was a great time to finally go. My moms birthday was yesterday, so it was a special time to go up and visit her grave sight. I love the pics of Hannah at her grave.....

I have been such a slacked on blogging. I thought I would give a little update on what has been happening with us. We had a GREAT christmas, I think everyone got a little spoiled. It was really fun this year with Jackson getting older and starting to understand. For New Years we went up to uncle Paul's cabin and had a fun day sledding and pulling Jackson behind the 4 wheeler on his sled, he absolutly loved it, we had such a good time. Our Kids are growing so fast. Jackson will be 4 this summer and is already planning his birthday party and having me look up toys online for him. He has a themed planned and everything. He is such a big helper too. He loves his little sister and plays well with her. He is now out of nursery and into sunbeams. Primary is taking a little bit of getting used to. He does well in class but not so thrilled about singing time, and never wants us to leave. He does better each week though. Hannah is already 9 months, I cant believe it. She is such a GOOD baby and I dont know what I would do without her. She is the sweetest thing ever. We got her ears pierced the week of christmas, and she was sooo good. She is crawling and getting into everything. The doctor says she is ahead on her motor skills and is doing things babies usually dont do until 1 year. So that is our lives in a nut shell.

I won tickets on the radio to go see the live nativity at tuachan. We went on the last night, which was the night before christmas eve. It was a bit cold, but it was fun to bundle up and go do a family outing. We had so much fun, and there was so much to do. Jackson loved the nativity because they had real animals including a camel, which he thought was awesome. Afterward we got to see santa again, listen to some live music and drink hot chocolate, take silly pictures, and then a train ride to see all the lights around the entire property. It was such a fun night, and we cant wait to do it again next year!

So I just have to thank my sisters for making my birthday such an awesome one. I was nervous for this birthday because now I am closer to 30 instead of 20 and I dont like that idea. Also I have only been up north for a few weeks now and did not know how it would work out. My birthday was actually a 2 day event, it was so awesome. My sister Kate took me out yesterday to get a pedicure. I had never had one before, and I desperatley needed to be pampered. It was amazing except I had to hold Hannah the whole time and she had a blow out. Ya not fun! Either way me and kate had a good time together and ended up with matching toes. so cute! So when we got home kate and ging (two of my sisters) ended up throwing me a suprise party. I had never had one of these either, so that was so much fun. There ended up being about 25 people at our house to BBQ, it was so much fun. We had a great night with friends, and family. Kates husband Rob played me my favorite song on the guitar and sang, so that was alot of fun too. Then this morning on my actual birthday we all went out to breakfast at Jerimiahs. It was so fun and so yummy. My sister Kate gave me the cutest pair of sunglasses, so that I could now be in style, and match her as well. So now matching toes and glasses! After breakfast we went to Kates so the boys could run around. My car as been badly oxidizing so my brother brought over all his stuff and buffed out and polished my car. It looks so much better and newer. Thanks amos, you are awesome. Then we just came home for Pizza and more ice cream and cake. When I got home my dad had dropped off flowers and a card, which was so nice. To top the night off a good friend of mine is a DJ on one of the radio stations up here and he gave a big shout out to me for my birthday on air, it was awesome! thanks jared! So all in all, I had a wonderful birthday. Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a special day specially my sisters who are truly amazing and taking great care of me up here! I love you all!

We blessed Hannah during the 4th of July weekend. It was such a perfect time to do it. All of my family was in town anyway for the holiday. It was such an amazing blessing. I would like to share some cool facts about the blessing. First off I chose to do it in Huntsville because that is the ward that I grew up in my entire life, and it was also the same ward and building that I was blessed in 25 years ago. Second the dress that Hannah is wearing was the same dress that I wore at my baby blessing. It was made by my great grandma Maycock just for me. I saved it all this time in case I had a baby girl one day. It had been sitting so long and it was really dirty and stained. It took months of cleaning but I finally got it clean enough to have her blessed in so I was very excited. Third Hannah got to be blessed by her great grandpa Jensen. He did such an amazing job and gave her an amazing blessing. Thank you grandpa! Afterwards we went across the street to the park and had a great dinner. I want to thank everyone that traveled so far to be there and for the help with the food. It was a great day for us and our little girl!

We had such a fun 4th of July. We go up to Huntsville every year because they have the best bash ever. People come from all over just to celebrate. We started off with breakfast in the park which is always delicious. Then we went and watched the parade, which is actually really good for such a small town. My dad announces the parade every year so it is fun to be there with him. After the parade my dad was in charge of the patriotic program so we went and watched. It was great to watch and honor our freedom and our country, after all that is what independance day is about right? Then we walked around the park and played games and let the kids play. For dinner we went to my sister kates in-laws house. They have the best back yard ever. They have a pond with geese and a stream where the boys could fish, they also have a race track set up for all the boys to ride the 4 wheelers and motorcycles. Jackson had a blast running around with the kids and playing. We finished the night off watching fireworks in the park. It was a great day!

Just a few pictures of what our summer has started off as. First of all, we have relocated to northern utah. I am not that thrilled about it, but we are adjusting. We are staying with one of my sisters, and we miss st. George so much. On a better note, Jackson is having so much fun playing with the cousins up here. He thinks he is on a permanent vacation and having so many sleep overs with cousin Tay. We have been busy settling in.

We are so excited to finally have her here. As you can tell Jackson is very happy to be a big brother. My labor was so nice and easy. My contractions started at 3 :30 am, by the time we got to the hospital I was at 5 1/2 dialated. I got my epidural an hour later and I was at a 7. By the time it kicked in I was pretty much ready to go. My labor was a total of 4 hours and 20 minutes. I pushed with four contractions and she was out. I did not tear at all and have been feeling really good.

So this is me today! 36 weeks pregnant! I dont think I can get much bigger!

Yahoo! The day has finally come, and just in time that I will not have 2 kids in Diapers!

These are some of the potty prizes that Jackson has got. He gets so excited, I love it!

He looks so cute in his big boy undies! He has been wearing them for almost a month now! What a relief to mommy!

I finally have the baby room all done. Ya! I have it completely decorated, clothes washed and hung up, diapers and wipes ready to go, the hole bit!

I love her bedding. Brown and Pink are so cute together. This is the only part of her room that is not home made.

My sister Kate made these darling letters for me. She did such an amazing job!

And last but not least, we are so excited that spring is here. Jackson got a sand box for the back yard and is loving to be outside and play!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am alive!
The past 3 months have just pretty much been complete hell for me, so I hope you can
all forgive me. I do have lots of stuff to post, and pictures to..... I just have to find the time to do them. I do not have the internet at home, so I have to come to my sisters to upload my pics and
do the post. So bare with me, I will soon have lots to share I promise. Just to let you know though, I went to the doctor yesterday. I am now 36 weeks and I am dialated to a 2 and I am 60 percent effaced, so this baby girl may get here sooner than I plan. I promise to post the past 3 months of stuff before she gets here.

We had so much fun during Christmas. The weekend before we went up to Ogden to see my family. We stayed with my sister Ginger, and Jackson had so much fun playing at his cousins. We got to see my grandpa Jensen, my grandma Harrop, my grandma Allen, and lots of friends and family. We had so much fun at all of our parties. My sister Kate graduated from nursing school while we were there, so we had a fun get together with all her friends to celebrate. We came home right before christmas to celebrate here. Christmas eve we had dinner at Dustins parents and then went home to get ready for Santa to come. Jackson was so fun on Christmas morning. This was the first year that he actually understood what was going on. He was so fun to watch and said the funniest things. After he got all his stuff from santa we went to dustins parents for breakfast and then opened presents with them. Later we went back home to open presents with just me, dustin, and Jackson. I got an Ipod and dustin got the Planet Earth DVD's that he had been asking for. We had a great time, and hope you all had a Merry Christmas!

24 Weeks !

So I am finally more than half way through my pregnancy, so I thought I would give you all a little update. I just started my 25th week today. Things are going well, I am just really tired. I am measuring right on, and I am lucky enough that I get to have anouther ultrasound in 2 weeks. The doctor wanted to check the baby when I was a little bit farhter along to look more at her heart. Dustin has heart problems, so they want to make sure that hers is doing fine. So I will keep you updated on that. For now, here is what I look like lately!

So this week Jackson and I went up to Ogden to see my family and do our Christmas parties with them. My sweet little grandma has been in a rest home for a few months now, and I have not seen her since we went up last year for Christmas. So Friday night as part of our Christmas party with my dad we all met up at the rest home to visit my grandma. She was so happy to see all the kids. We took some cute pictures with her. I got a call this monday morning from my sister who said grandma past away early this morning. I am so greatful that I got to go up just 2 days ago to see her and have one last hug and picture with her. She is now reunited with my grandpa after beeing alone for 23 years. She also gets to be with my sweet mommy, so I am sure she is very happy. So it looks like after being home for one day we will head up as soon as christmas is over for the funeral.

ULTRASOUND RESULTS......

Okay all,
So I went and had my ultrasound today. It still does not seem real even though I got to
see it for a full half hour. I loved my tech, she was very thorough, and took a lot of time so we could enjoy it. Anyway I made her check 3 times, but it looks like Jackson is going to get a little sister, which is exactly what he wanted. We are excited, and I had to go out and buy at least one girl outfit. I have 5 friends that are all having boys, so I guess I broke the streek. I am measuring a little ahead to, I am now due May 1st instead of the 4th. We are shooting for April 24th though, cause that is my mommys birthday. I have a few girl names that I like, but if anyone has any ideas let me know.

I absolutley LOVE this time of year, so I thought I would share some of the few things we have done already to get the christmas season going. We got to go to the temple to watch the lighting of the temple christmas lights. It was great. They did a small program with a few christmas songs and the temple president spoke as well. Jackson loved the lights, and running around. He also loved seeing the nativity scene, specially the cows. That night we set up our christmas tree. Jackson loved watching me put the tree up, and even better when he got to help put the ornaments on. Even though he now takes the ornaments off and puts them in the back of his truck and drives them around then puts them back on the tree. Needless to say you can tell which section of the tree jackson decorated cause all the ornaments are in one spot cluttered together, but it is so cute to watch him. Anyway we now have all our christmas shopping done and wrapped so we can sit back and enjoy the holiday season. I hope you all can do the same

To start off Happy Late Thanksgiving to you all. I hope you all had a great weekend. Our's was great except for the rain. We were lucky enough to have my dad come down with his wife Susan and her kids. We had not seen them since last Christmas, so it was great to see them. On Wednesday My dad took us to the Wildlife museum, which was actually really fun, and the kids loved seeing all the animals. That night Josie made her yummy enchilladas and then we played games, my dad was dreading the games at first, but at the end he was having so much fun playing apples to apples he did not want to stop. Thanksgiving was great, I got to sleep in until 10, minus the hour I had to get up to go do papers. We had dinner at Josies, and all the food was fabulous. The girls cooked while my dad played sword fights with the grandkids, and Dustin took my two step brothers to play football. All in all it was a great weekend, with good food and good company.

PREGO UPDATE 17 1/2 WEEKS!

Okay, So I am going to do a couple of posts about the past weekend, with thanksgiving and all, but I thought I would first post a picture of my belly so you can see how fat I already am. I am almost 18 weeks now, and I find out what I am having on the 8th. Don't worry I will try to do a post as soon as I find out. I hate that I am showing so much so soon. With Jackson I did not have to wear maternity clothes until my 7th month, that is not the case now. Luckily with my lack of money my sister kate sent me down loads of clothes, so for that I am very greatful. She sent like 15 pair of pants and capris, 30 shirts, and like 8 skirts or dresses. So thanks Kate, you are the best!

1. Jackson was born on the 24th of July, so he always gets a parade and fireworks for his birthday. Plus he shares a birthday with cousin Pierson.
2. He absolutley LOVES his Veggies!
3. Jackson loves to help me sweep, vacuum, or do anything where he gets to help mommy and be a Big Boy.
4. He is such a Grandpa's boy. He loves to help him do anything outside specially mow the lawn, and chop wood. He has to read him stories before bed every night.
5. He will not watch any movies or tv unless it is one of dustins hunting videos. He loves Big deer and elk and knows how to call them in

The only way I got Dustin to dress up was to make him a costume that he thought was COOL and that he would look HOT in. So I think I did a pretty good job.

So my sister Kate has been telling me to set up a blog for a long time, and I have so much fun getting on hers and looking at all of her friends and their blogs, so here I am. I finally did it. I don't know how it all works yet and I have not made it all cute yet, but give me time.
